Jacksonville, Trevor Lawrence, and his wife Marissa jacksonville hosted their first child, her daughter Shae Lynn Lawrence on January 4. While answering a fan question on Instagram Stories on Wednesday, Marissa approached the theme of family planning and suggested that they could have more children in the future.

When asked how many children she hopes to have, Marissa replied,

“Originally, I said 2 or 3 but I like the baby phase that I should have more.”

This statement occurred three months after the couple announced the arrival of their daughter. The news was shared in a joint Instagram publication where Trevor wrote,

“Mom and Dad love you so much !!! Thank you Jesus for our daughter !! “

The couple’s relationship began in 2016 at Lycée en Géorgie. They got engaged in 2020 and were married the following year on April 10. On June 27, 2024, they revealed that they were waiting for their first child, displaying a series of maternity photos on IG featuring their two dogs, Mr. Jones and Indi.

Trevor Lawrence ended its 2024 NFL season earlier due to multiple injuries. A concussion in December led to his placement on the IR, and he underwent surgery to repair a joint air conditioning injury in his left shoulder, by NFL.com.

Currently, Trevor and Marissa focus on recovery and early parenthood.

Since the welcome of their daughter Shae Lynn, Trevor Lawrence and Marissa have shared their parenting trip with fans. Wednesday, Marissa went to Instagram Stories to share an unexpected detail about the feelings of the couple during pregnancy.

During a session “Consistent”, Marissa was questioned about Trevor’s preference for a son. She revealed that she and her husband first expected that their baby was a boy, expressing a slight disappointment when they learned that she was a girl.

“I think it’s funny because we both thought that she was going to be a boy. And we were like, honestly, a bit like Dang when she was not a boy,” said Marissa in the video.

However, as her pregnancy progressed, the couple’s excitement grew up and now Marissa cannot imagine having a son. While the arrival of their daughter initially met with mixed emotions, the couple fully adopts their role as parents.
