The British royal family is faced with continuous challenges while Queen Camilla is faced with several health problems, while supporting her husband, King Charles III, through his own health battle. Recent reports suggest that the Queen, who has faced persistent health problems, has both physically and emotionally difficult as she sails in her royal functions in the middle of the diagnosis of “incurable” cancer of her husband.

Sources close to the royal family have revealed that Camilla suffered from several health problems, including mobility problems. She would have used shoes specially made to cover the deformations in her feet and was informed of painful surgery for onions. Despite these challenges, she refused to recognize the need for a wheelchair, which leads to concerns about her well-being. She spent a lot of time with doctors and specialists, but continues to manage her state in private.

In addition to her current foot problems, Queen Camilla has struggled against other health problems in recent years. In October 2024, she received a diagnosis of pneumonia after her return from a royal tour in Australia and Samoa, leading to canceled commitments. Although she has recovered, the residual effects of the disease, including fatigue, forced her to reduce her public appearances. Camilla’s liver problems, apparently linked to past alcohol consumption, also remain part of its medical history.

Meanwhile, King Charles, who received a cancer diagnosis at the beginning of 2024, would manage his treatment state, although it remains incurable. Its diagnosis followed a hospital procedure for the benign prostate enlargement, and although the specific type of cancer has not been disclosed, the palace said it is not prostate cancer. Despite his health difficulties, King Charles remained active in his royal duties, although he now resides in Clarence House rather than at the Buckingham Palace, with his wife by his side.

The couple, married in 2005 after decades of public control, continues to face personal and health challenges together. The reports suggest that King Charles may not return to the Buckingham Palace and could even find himself publicly with Prince Harry at the Invictus Games in 2027, because the current gap within the family begins to be seen in a new light due to the king’s health.
