Manila, Philippines – TNT Big Man Poy Erram could not help regretting the way in which Tropang Giga dropped a possible advantage twice in the playoffs of the Philippine PBA Cup.
After the tight defeat of TNT against Magnolia, 88-83, at the Ninoy Aquino stadium on Friday, Erram deplored what could have been a smoother path in their Grand Chelem offer.

“Siyempre, Sayang (of course, it was too bad),” Erram told Inquirer Sports.
“We took a good start. We just had some failures at the end and we could not maintain our lead. It continued from there – we had so many reversals and we could not execute, and they continued to score. ”
Erram delivered a double 12 points, nine rebounds and four blocks, but TNT has still completed the eliminations with a 6-5 file.
Tropang Giga has abandoned its last two games after winning a sequence of six consecutive victories.
Despite the difficult loss – and the possibility of dealing with Magnolia again in the quarter -finals of the PBA – Erram thinks that their Grand Slam offer is still alive.
“We still have a chance … we can do it. I will be ready to help the team. ”
“Whatever the coach (Chot Reyes) asks me, I’m going to do it. Besides, I’m going to check my emotions because it can affect the whole team. I want to make sure I am well, physically and mentally, to help the team in the best possible way.”
