Manchester United crashed from FA Cup on Sunday after losing penalties against Fulham.
Rather than deploring the last blow of a miserable season, however, the coach-United Ruben Amorim insisted that his views were fixed on a larger trophy.

“The goal is to win the Premier League. So I know that we lose matches and lose trophies during this season, but the goal is to win the Premier League again, “Amorim told the defeat of 4-3 to Old Trafford. “I don’t know how long it will take. But that’s our goal.

“If you think like that, we can suffer a little in these defeats – sometimes – but we have a goal, then we continue, whatever happens, we continue to do.”
The United Cup holder was sent by turning to the fifth round while Victor Lindelof and Joshua Zirkzee saw spot kicks saved after the end of match 1-1 after an additional time.

Fulham goalkeeper Bernd Leno was the hero with crucial stops that created a quarter -final match against Crystal Palace.
It took a second half equalizer by Bruno Fernandes to send the game more time after Calvin Bassey led Fulham in front just before the break. But it turned out to be a temporary stay for United, who has only one trophy to aim this season – the Europa League.

United won the Premier League for the last time in the 2012-13 season and, despite the ambition of Amorim, the next League title feels far. His team languishes in 14th place in the classification and seems unlikely to end in the upper half of this season.
It was a scorching start for the Portuguese coach, who only took charge of November.
The direct elimination competitions had provided a rare source of optimism, and with Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea all eliminated from the FA Cup, the path opened to United to successfully defend the trophy it raised last May.

The two teams had players sent in the second half – Anthony Gordon for Newcastle in the 83rd and Tariq Lamptey in an additional time.
Fabian Schar thought that he had marked a winner behind the hosts, but he was excluded for the offside by Var.
Welbeck’s goal has won a fifth consecutive victory for Brighton in all competitions.
Newcastle hopes to end a 70-year expectation for a large national trophy and can still achieve this this season when he plays Liverpool in the English League Cup later this month.

The quadruple title in the title of Premier League, Manchester City, goes to Bournemouth in the quarter -final of the FA Cup.
