Quinn Ewers is a prospect that many would have eyes before the draft of the NFL 2025. He is one of the few quarters whose drawing stock is completely uncertain. It is not easy to project where it will land when its potential is juxtaposed for performance on the ground.

“The potential is obviously there with Quinn Ewers,” said Klatt on his podcast. “It is a very well rated quarterly for a long time, and rightly so. The guy does a lot of large -scale throws, many large -scale throws. I would say that the NFL launches. He is intelligent. (from 24:05 am)
“He does things from the point of view of arm talents that other guys just don’t do. He can throw the platform and do it with precision, he can throw to his left, he can throw on his right. So there is a lot to love in your game. This is there. I would like it to be a little bigger. It only makes 210 pounds, 6 feet 2 inches. »»
“I think that has led to some of the injury problems he had in Texas, and it has not always been reliable to stay on the ground … so we have not yet seen quinn pass by year and not be struck, and it is worrying from the point of view of the NFL.”
According to a report by the initiate of the NFL, Tom Pellisero, Ewers played all the 2024 season in Texas with a torn oblique. He would have suffered the injury in the match against Michigan in week 2.
Joel Klatt underlines the concerns in the game of Quinn Ewers
Before the draft, Joel Klatt has already found major faults in the Quinn Ewers game which would probably prevent him from prospering in the NFL. Klatt thinks he must develop these parts of his game to have a good chance of doing so in the pros.
“There are times when I watch a film and I really want it to drive football in a tight window, especially in the intermediate areas, and it launches touching these areas.” (From 25:37)
“And I just tell you now that it won’t work all the time at the NFL level. He will have to find more speed, or at least be willing to intensify and really lead football on the framework of the wide receiver in certain intermediate places. It will be crucial for him. »»
Quinn Ewers enters the project with its bipolar characteristics in the field. Sometimes watching Ewers launching football allows you to easily imagine it as a leading hope. However, other moments leave a doubt as to whether it can become a high -level starting quarter in the NFL.
